At Belro, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all home goods are returned in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original boxes, ensuring fragile home decor is properly padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
